Whitesbury Academy

Welcome to Whitesbury Academy for the Gifted. Here students from around the globe come to master their abilities to manipulate the elements--water, fire, ice, earth, plant life, electricity, psychic energy and dark energy.

While the school offers a chance to perfect their arts, it also runs classes that a normal school would teach, as to keep the children focused and ready for the future. However, a threat looms in the darkness that may threaten the school, and the outside world.

The Black Hand, named after the rebel group from history, is a group of mutants that intends to use their powers for their own gains, and will stop at nothing to achieve what they want--even if it means eliminating those mutants who use their abilities for good. Thus, Whitesbury Academy has become a prime target for this renegade group, and the attack only waits...

Current Conditions

England
The general public is pushing the government for more intensive anti-mutant laws, fearing for their safety. At the same time, the government is considering the use of mutants in their army, though this is coming with some controversy. The occasional riot with mutants and protesters take place.

The School
The new term is beginning, with new students arriving at the school, as well as second and third years returning. Classes will start, friends will be made, and reunions will be had.

The Black Hand has sent undercover agents to infiltrate the school as students, and plan their attack on the school, all the while causing riots, deaths, and problems throughout England.
